A freezer would have been nice for the ice in a heatwave! But easily managed without. There was anything to dislike.

Spacious, well appointed, comfortable, and a great location in Kendal. Everything you need for a base in the Lake District.

The property is perfectly situated in the town centre and comes with free parking opposite. It was clean, welcoming, warm, and very spacious.

Location to the tower and sea-front was great. Friendly staff but no front desk apart from weekends. Breakfast was good.
