Secure, character, and positioning. Comfortable.
Kitchen is tiny, oven needs replacing.

Close to the beach, restaurants, cafes and pubs.
Small secure courtyard garden ideal when you have a dog.
Too much crockery, cutlery etc. The flat only sleeps a maximum of 3 adults and 1 child so no need for over a dozen plates, bowls, egg cups etc. There seemed to be 2 of a lot of things e.g grater, garlic press, tea pot, butter dish.
This means there is limited space to store provisions when having a longer stay.
Second bedroom only has hanging space in cupboard with mop, vacuum, spare linen etc. nowhere to put other clothes e.g underwear or child's clothing.
Lighting very subdued in lounge/diner. Could do with a brighter light over table for working or playing board games.
Mobile phone signal not available in most of property only in part of the lounge/diner which made running a business remotely whilst abroad a challenge.
Wifi also not available throughout.

Property was lovely. Very cozy. Loved the location and access to the beach. Easy to catch bus and travel to Worthing and Brighton. Lots of shops and restaurants close by.
The outside lighting was not working properly. Exterior could be better lit as it got darker sooner.
