Nicely decorated, warm and comfortable, clean, very close to the beach/wattenmeer, woods and the moor. Easy parking. We happened to be there on a sunny day with no wind, so were able to enjoy walking out on the Wadden Sea. Wonderful.

It worked out fine in the end but collecting the key took a bit of effort because the owner does not live in Cuxhaven, so we had to coordinate to meet her friend at the door when it turned out we weren't going to be able to receive the key beforehand by post. But he was there just in time and it was easy. It was not made explicit we needed to bring our own sheets and towels, so it was just luck that I checked before we left home and brought something. We had to pay on-site a tourist tax to the friend, which was fine of course, but we might have liked a bit more tourist information about things to do, maps, facilities etc. -- info, times and conditions for walking out on the ebbing sea, understand a bit of what we were paying for. But we figured things out with a bit of googling and a pamphlet I had picked up in Bremerhaven.

Lage war ok, am Wernerwald, unweit von der Nordsee. Die Vermieterin hat uns nachdem sie von der schmutzigen Bettwäsche erfahren hat, die Möglichkeit gegeben das Bett neu zu beziehen und den Betrag für das Wäschepaket zurückgezahlt.

Wir hatten Bettwäsche bestellt, leider war diese voller Haare und unsauber, so dass wir die Nacht ohne Decke verbringen mussten. Die Wohnung ist sehr klein und hat nur ein kleines Fenster (das geöffnet werden kann) bei der Küchenzeile, so ist ein richtiges Lüften der Wohnung kaum möglich. Da die Heizung nachts ausging, wurde es sehr kalt. Wir reisten zu dritt an und deshalb schlief eine Person auf der Schlafcouch. Leider stand dafür nur eine dünne Sommerdecke zur Verfügung, was für diese Jahreszeit zu wenig ist, zumal die Heizung über Nacht aus ist und durch das große Fenster im Wohnbereich es sehr kalt im Raum wird. In der Beschreibung stand Schwimmbad und Sauna vorhanden, leider war das Schwimmbad geschlossen.

Gemütliche Wohnung für zwei mit Charme.

Die Wohnung hat so viel Charme. Die bunte Einrichtung, die vielen Gemälde und das tolle Geschirr. Man fühlt sich gleich wie Zuhause. Unkomplizierte Schlüsselübergabe und gute Parkmöglichkeiten. Wunderbar nah am Strand!

Ich bin es gewöhnt, in jedem Raum gut durchlüften zu können. Das war im Wohnzimmer leider nicht möglich. Im Schlafzimmer fehlte mir eine kleine Leselampe.

Außergewöhnlich eingerichtete Wohnung. Wir sind angekommen und haben uns gleich wohlgefühlt, weil es absolut unseren Geschmack getroffen hat. Hervorzuheben ist die riesige Sonnenterrasse auf der 4. Etage mit Meerblick. Die Terrasse kann von allen Mietern genutzt werden. Und im Keller des Hauses gibt es ein Schwimmbad und Sauna, was wir auch täglich genutzt haben. Alles sehr sauber und gepflegt.

In der Beschreibung stand: Terrasse, Waschmaschine, Trockner. Wir sind davon ausgegangen, das befindet sich in der Wohnung. Dem war aber nicht so , mit Terrasse war die Sonnen Terrasse für die Allgemeinheit gemeint und Waschmaschine haben wir nach langem Suchen eine für die Allgemeinheit im Keller gefunden. Negativ aufgefallen ist uns noch das stark verfleckte Sofa. Am 2. Tag hatten wir einen Stromausfall und konnten nichts Elektrisches nutzen. Nach einem Anruf bei der Vermieterin, kam kurze Zeit später ein Elektriker, der die Fehlerquelle schnell fand, das Ceran Kochfeld war kaputt und konnte für den Rest des Urlaubs nicht genutzt werden

Liebevoll eingerichtete kleine Unterkunft in bester Lage.

Besonders gut hat uns das Schwimmbad im Haus Ehrenpreiss gefallen. Die Wonung selbst ist sehr freundlich und ansprechend eingerichtet. Es war alles vorhanden, was man benötigt, z.B. Spültuch, Spülmittel etc. Die Lage ist hervorragend.

Die Wohnung ist klein und die Ausstattung (Küche) einfach, aber für zwei Personen ist es völlig ok und gemütlich.

Wunderbarer Urlaub

Total süß eingerichtet, alles da was man braucht. Der Weg zum Strand ist super kurz und man kommt direkt in den Wald, um dort spazieren zu gehen. Spielplatz ist in der Nähe, also gerade wenn man Kinder hat ist es dort wirklich Klasse!

Ich hatte leider auf den Bildern nicht gesehen das das Schlafzimmer keine Tür hat. Wenn ich unseren 1 jährigen Sohn hingelegt habe zum schlafen ... wurden unsere Abende halt sehr ruhig. Das war einfach für unsere Konstellation doof :D
