About this apartment rental
This new attractive apartment right on the Wernerwald, with its 40sqm offers space for up to 3 people. In the living room there is a cozy couch with a sleeping function and a large flat screen TV, as well as the dining area, which in turn borders on the open kitchen. The kitchen, which is equipped with all common kitchen utensils, offers everyone fun to cook on holiday. Among other things, the kitchen is composed of a kitchenette with a microwave, refrigerator, including freezer and a 2-plate ceramic hob. The spacious bedroom with large double bed and wardrobe is next to the bright bathroom with shower and toilet. The house has a roof terrace that can be used by the house community, from there you can watch the world shipping route and the island of Neuwerk and enjoy the view. In order to be able to relax a little, you will find a sauna in the basement area with an adjacent swimming pool. In a few minutes you can reach the sandy beach and the center of Sahlenburg with numerous cafes, restaurants and leisure activities. Your four-legged friends are welcome in the apartment and on the Sahlenburg dog beach.

Die Wohnung ist gut geschnitten, sehr modern und angenehm eingerichtet. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage so nah am Strand und direkt am Waldrand ist toll. Ich war mitten in der Woche im Januar bei schlechtem Wetter da. Da war das Haus im Prinzip leer. Ich kann daher nicht beurteilen, wie hellhörig die Wohnung eventuell ist, wenn alle Apartments voll belegt sind.

Schöne Wohnung nicht weit vom Strand und direkt am Wernerwald was zum Spaziergang mit dem Hund ideal ist.

Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr schön wenn auch gleich das Bad etwas größer sein dürfte.Man ist von der Wohnung aus morgens schnell zum Bäcker und auch zum Strand aber das wahr es dann auch schon an schönen Seiten.
Mir wurde von der Vermietung Cuxland beim aus Checken gesagt das Sie in der Anlage nur 3 Wohnungen haben zur Vermietung und scheinbar nicht wissen das in diesen Haus so viele Wohnungen sind die mit Hunde Vermietet sind das man selbst kaum Ruhe in seiner Wohnung hat vor Hunde Gebell das man sich kaum traute sich zu bewegen.Der Weg zum Strand ist mit Hunden über säht und die teil weise Rücksichts losiegkeit der Hunde Besitzer ist erstaunlich.
Wir sind dann auf Grund dieses ganzen Zustandes dann früher Abgereist da es für uns nicht mehr zu Mut bar wahr.
