-Additional sleeping space available thanks to a trundle bed.
-Fully equipped open kitchen with oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer, washing machine, and Nespresso coffee machine.
-Modern bathroom with shower, toilet, and vanity unit.

A 5 m² balcony with a coffee table and armchairs — perfect for enjoying a morning coffee while admiring the ocean view or watching the sunset over the beach.

Private secured parking space at the foot of the residence.

We are happy to welcome pets upon prior request at the time of booking.
An additional fee of €50 per pet per week applies.
We kindly ask pet owners to ensure that their animals:
-Do not climb on sofas, beds, or furniture
-Do not cause any damage indoors or outdoors
-And that all waste is collected before departure
In case of non-compliance or damage, a part of the security deposit may be retained to cover cleaning or repair costs.
💳 Security Deposit
A €250 deposit is required via the secure Swikly platform before arrival.
The amount is neither blocked nor debited and does not affect your card limit.
Only a €3.27 service fee applies.
Within 7 days after your departure, provided the apartment is left in perfect condition, the authorization is automatically cancelled.

Apartamento con una perfecta ubicación, a primera línea de la playa de Arcaishon. La amfitriona super amable y atenta. Lo resumiría con vistas espectaculares y tranquilidad (finales junio-principio julio) en una zona excelente.
Como punto negativo, no había papel de WC ni de cocina, ni tampoco las sábanas y toallas (esas sí pero se pueden alquilar).

Superbe studio très cosy, très bien équipé, parfait en situation, proche centre ville pour commodités mais tranquille.
Magnifique vue sur le bassin et la plage.
Parking dans la résidence sécurisé.
Je reviendrais.
