comfy beds.
Apartment was at the ground floor with street entry. Some walls were just full windows = no privacy at all, noisy and lots of sunlight in the morning,. despite the blackout curtains. There are A LOT of light switches in the apartment, half of them non functional. Cleanliness can be improved,especially in the showers area.

Comfortable bed, bathroom towel rail saved a lot of laundry.
Plenty of space for the three of us.
Fast resolution of minor facility issues.
No oven, we were able to improvise with the hot plates though.
Ground floor meant curtains were pulled for privacy at all times.
