Apartamentul este plasat într-un complex foarte frumos , cu peisaj mirific.
Din nefericire, ar fi putut fi foarte bine, dacă proprietarul ar fi făcut o investiție minimă, să schimbe unele obiecte de mobilier care erau degradate : Canapeaua din living era foarte roasă ; parchetul avea niște găuri de sobolani, în zona bucătăriei; mobilierul de bucătărie și contra blatul erau umflate și pocnite; scaunele din lemn tare, zgâriate și roase de atâta uzură; în zona livingului erau pete mari de mucegai sub o grindă; fără TV smart; saltelele de la paturile din dormitoare degradate, moi și pline de pete de urină, peste care puseseră o folie de protecție din plastic, care foșnea la cea mai mică mișcare, în timpul somnului; baia mică avea oglindă spartă și mirosea foarte rău de la canalizare.

Apartament spatios, curat.
Patul din dormitor- ar trebui inlocuita salteaua. Canapeaua din living ar fi bine daca ar putea fi inlocuita. Este veche si tocita. Mai multa atentie utilarii bucatariei. Cred ca este necesara si o masina de spalat vase. Atentie la chiuvetele din baie, apa nu se scurge- necesita desfundare.
