It is a very comfortable apartment on a great location with multiple facilities in nearby. It is appropriate for family travel. The apartment is not far from the center and great to be used as a base for traveling to some interesting locations in range of 30 km.
It is not obviously stated that the swimming pool in not included in price. I need to investigate a bit more to find out that it needs to be paid separately.

Great location. Excellent view from the balcony. Nice rooms - aesthetics of the apartment are way above average. Nice parking space. Overall, great value for the money.
The apartment was generally clean. However, the kitchen and the dishes clearly weren't getting much love when it came to cleanliness. Consider this as feedback we gave to the owners - since it is an easy thing to fix, I expect the cleanliness to not be a long-lasting issue with this apartment.

It was a lovely sized apartment and very clean. Beautiful view and balcony!
The door handle was broken, made it very difficult to get in each time. The A/C didn't appear to work. Someone has removed the curtains in the bedroom and we found them in the closet and tried to rehang them best we can but the sun still came streaming in early. Had a nice coffee maker but required specific pods that weren't available, this should be provided or told in advance so people can make coffee.
