Excellent location. Beautiful views and lots of church bells ringing! Very clean. Felt welcoming. Quirky in a good way!
Wasn’t a problem for us but the bed platform access might be difficult for some people taller and less agile than us

Serenity is located in the perfect spot for exploring the Citta Alta and greater Bergamo area. The apartment is well appointed especially the kitchen area which is really great. We were very happy with the accommodation and appreciated the little extra touch’s of pastries, savoury snacks and water when we arrived. It was also completely spotless. Most importantly the bed was really, really comfortable and had lovely linens. Thanks for a great stay 😊
The stairs up to the mezzanine bedroom and the sleeping area are a little quirky and this wouldn’t be suitable for tall people. It was slightly awkward that the person on the far side of the bedroom area has to clamber over the near side sleeper to go to the loo.

Great location (close to main sightseeing spots, all the shops like bakery, butcher, vegetable store nearby), A/C, all what we need are equipped. Attentive & responsible owner.
4th floor w/o lift is a bit tough. As the room faces to the main street, it is convenient, but noisy as many tourists keep passing. The oven was broken on day 2 of our arrival (due to the heavy rain) and the replacement was not complete during our approx. 3 weeks stay (but the owner did her best!).

The apartment is in a very good location - very good transport to the station ( Funicular + bus ) + nice bakery nearby. There is everything you need in the apartment ( mosquito net on the window!) The host was very helpful.
The fourth floor - it cannot be improved but there is clear information before arrival. In return a nice view from the window !
