**TOURIST TAX**
We are required to charge a Municipal Tourist Tax on behalf of Loulé council, on bookings placed as from November 1st, 2024, as published in Diário da República 2nd Serie, no. 140, of July 22nd, 2024.
This tax is calculated up to a maximum of 5 consecutive nights, per person aged 16 or over, and will cost as follows:
- Low Season (from November 1st to March 31st) – 1Eur per person/per night
- High Season (from April 1st to October 31st) – 2Eur per person/per night
The payment of this tax is due in cash upon check-in, or in advance by bank transfer.
House rules and suitability:
- Groups of youngsters and/or made up exclusively of individuals of the same gender may be considered and only upon request. Strongly recommend contacting us before booking, as we reserve the right to decline and cancel this sort of booking without a refund.
- Events and parties are not allowed.
- Pets not allowed.
- Smoking outside only.

Lovely villa set in beautiful grounds. We stayed for a week 10th-17th May the weather was amazing so made use of the pool daily, we tended to stay at the back of the villa as there is building work opposite so could be a bit noisy and dusty on times out the front by the pool.
Villa well equipped although there was no basic staples i.e salt, pepper oil etc.
The only negative was the mattress in the master bedroom it really needs an upgrade as it was very uncomfortable.
We used Ubers to get to and from the Marina, we also hired a car for the week so visited some lovely places.
All in all a wonderful relaxing week away with the family, we will definitely be back.

We enjoyed our stay, the property is a little tired, a little extra TLC and a good clean through would help, the location is a little further out from marina than we thought but an Uber is only 5€ per journey, no problem getting 10000 steps a day in. Because it was early season the pool was cold, minimum use but still a great feature, property has own gardens and plenty of sun beds, so you can follow the sun all day. Located on a quiet road in a very nice area, perfect for a restful break.

Really really beautiful villa in a very quiet and up market area. Some of the villas nearby are worth millions. The size is great and the pool was truly fantastic as it gets the sun all day. There's also a more shady back garden. The company that manage the property were really helpful and even allowed us a late check out. We are worried about booking somewhere else next year, as it will be hard to live up to this place!
