location and modern
only downfall for ourselves is no aircon but we knew it had none when we booked only thing that could be improved really

Very independent of any hotels - great self catering and location was excellent for multiple beaches and centre of resort.
Slight hiccup on arrival with plumbing issue that was rectified by host within hours of arrival.
The accommodation is well used and a need for running repairs is evident (this did not affect our stay however). There is no A/C but fans are ok, however the property faces a road so traffic noise is noticeable if you sleep with windows open.

It was awesome regarding a location and the price range, view and the pool area …
The water heater needs to be replaced ASAP because it’s leaking water all over cables of the washing machine and the furniture would need some maintenance as well !

Karig serviesgoed, geen limonade/wijnglazen aanwezig. Kakkerlakken in de spouwmuren die herrie maakte waardoor je moeilijk in slaap kon komen. Oude krakende bedden.
