Are you looking for a spacious, light-flooded holiday accommodation in the immediate vicinity of Aachen? Then you are exactly right with us!
We offer you on the 1. Floor of our house a fully furnished 115 m² apartment.
The apartment was only in 2019 lovingly and with high-quality kitchen equipment, including induction cooker and dishwasher, set up for you, so you can spend a pleasant stay.
There are also two parking spaces in front of the house.
The 60 m2 spacious living-dining room with open kitchen and a room divider counter impresses with the completely developed gable height and conveys a unique sense of space. The bright gable side of the living room is followed by a 13 m2 sunny balcony for your exclusive use.
Three separate bedrooms offer enough space for 2-5 people.
The property is located about 10 km from the historic city center of Aachen in the Roda town Herzogenrath. It is very quiet within a residential area and yet centrally located near the center - and thus the ideal location on the one hand for quiet hours of shutdown, but also for a variety of excursions and activities of all kinds.
In the immediate vicinity of the apartment are cycling and walking paths through the recreational area Wurmtal or in the Brunsumer Heide. Bus connections are within walking distance in a few minutes.
Day trips to the nearby Eifel or to the moor landscape Hohes Venn are ideal for shorter walks and long hikes or to linger in historic villages such as Monschau or Kornelimünster.
Of course, there are also excursions to Belgium and the Netherlands. Here, the cities of Maastricht, Valkenburg, Eupen and Liège invite you to stroll and shop. Also the unique Gaiazoo or the Landgraff ski hall just behind the Dutch border are worth a visit all year round.
