Toda descrição do anúncio é verdade, Localização é ótima o AP é perfeito, colchões novos tudo limpo e bem arejado, único ponto a ressaltar é a internet, que é um modem 4g que vive sem sinal, poderia atualizar o serviço para fibra já disponível no prédio e na rua.
