I like the transportation to the beach. Made it easy to access without looking for parking

I didn’t like the fact that there were tons of mosquitos.. couldn’t even walk outside with out getting attacked.. should spray area to help treat the mosquitos problem

We love this location we have been here I believe 6x In the 1 bedroom condo the 1st floor is important to us . My wife loves location next to the pool . We know several of the owners there and enjoy them immensely. They have replaced the appliances and bought new TVs The bedroom Hargrave TV remote needs to be replaced channel button contacts are poor you have to press a dozen times.

The rental company sold to Dwell resorts and they were frustrating to deal with ! I was required by the booking rules to pay 60 days in advance prior to them taking over but Dwell kept showing $0 paid! Even after emails with my booking.com confirmation ! I called Thursday and the answering service said they out of the office with NO RETURN time ! I’m a retired Marriott hotel director and that is unacceptable in resort business !🤬

We like the 1 bedroom 1.5 baths works for a couple . New fridge and stove nice upgrade ! It is comfortable and quiet .

The A/C filter was over 5 months old and clogged ! Our friends gave me a new filter and the airflow was restored ! The shower light was burned out but the other light was sufficient to take a shower but should be replaced . the fees are $400 above what the rental is .

No breakfast served, location was nice, walking and bicycle trails, weather was rainy so didn't do much walking or bicycling.

The condo had bug issue, we had to get maintenance to come spray, but still had bug issue, my husband has allergies and the bug issue was affecting his allergies and causing him to get cough attack
