This Vacation Rental is across from the Tennis Center, Community Pool and George Fazio golf course located in the world renowned Palmetto Dunes. This villa is centrally located close to the general store and Alexanders Restaurant. Bike and kayak rentals are also nearby for your convenience.
This spacious villa features two master bedrooms with attached master baths. Relax in the cozy living area featuring a flat screen TV. The updated kitchen has beautiful granite countertops. Enjoy the beautiful covered patio overlooking the quiet pristine landscaping of Palmetto Dunes.

Host was very welcoming. My second year here & plan to book for next year too. Jeff & Anita are VERY accommodating. I asked if I could come 2 days early because I wanted to get ahead of storm. They went way out of their way to make it happen.

Location is fantastic and close to everything: pickleball, paths, beach and getting into town. Owners were very responsive, allowed late check out when our flights were bumped back. Will stay again
