The location, the rental, the comfort of the main bed, how easy it was to work with staff, the kitchen, etc.

All the rules regarding cleaning etc. After spending the amount we did and being afraid to enjoy it with all the extra fees for everything and paying for the cleaning but having to do it all ourselves before departure.

The couch was dirty with lots of spots on it. The outside of the house could've been pressure washed to remove dead bugs residue. The master bed needs to be updated or replaced very squeaky and loose.

The hot water ran out too quickly. There was hardly any hot water. and we only used it to run quick showers.

Not what we expected for the cost

Location - close to main strip without being on the main strip. Very easy to navigate to and from the property.

Upon arrival the electric logs did not work but maintenance did get them working while we ran out for dinner. WiFi and Satellite TV in the family room were not working either. The satellite TV mysterically started working several hours later. The WiFi didn't start working until the evening before the day we were leaving. The biggest challenge and disappointment was the lack of hot water. This chalet had enough hot water for 1, 5-minute shower. We had 4 people staying there. So, my big tip is stager your showers and shower super quick, and ladies don't even try washing your hair.

the hot water was not working properly and the hot tub didn’t work at all. I was really upset because that was the main purpose of it coming. also dirt was coming out the hot tub. I tried to call after hour’s emergency like and they wouldn’t answer.

the cabin was infested with bed bugs my grand daughter and daughter got eaten alive we had to evacuate out at 4am, and the cabins rental place would not respond to request for a call back , all we got was it will have to wait until monday when supervisors are back in the office paid almost a 1000.00 for this infested place with no attempt to help relocate us!!!!

We love the location of the property. The beds could be better and the couch in the living room is very uncomfortable. We also got bites from something in the cabin not for sure what but may need to balm the cabin.

Just an awesome and very quiet place to stay. It was more than we expected and was very clean and easy to find. The location was only 5 minutes away from the strip but it was like you were in a country setting. This will be our first choice when we go back to Pigeon Forge.

I expect better from a vacation rental

It was close to the main strip.

The grill was rusty and broken, the beds were uncomfortable, they advertise sleeps 6 but there's no bedding for the pull out couch which was also very uncomfortable (like wire with a fabric cover). Had to run to Walmart to buy sheets/blanket. The house was filthy with dirt & grime, disposal smelled of rotten food, crumbs & powder substance all over the counters with decorative towels set ON the dirty counter. kitchen was lacking pots & pans with only a pizza pan to bake on kitchen floor creaked loudly and felt like it was water damaged at some point. carpenter bees swarmed us at the front door. It was just not what I expected for the price. Better experience at local hotel.
