We liked the design of the house and the neighborhood. The cart was nice to have, once we started using it. A few kitchen dishes could be removed (extra tea sets, etc) to alleviate cupboard congestion. Really enjoyed this house and location!!

Down Home Rentals made this so easy and we're so pleasant to speak with. They really want your stay to be nice. The house we rented was even prettier in person than it was in the pictures. It was lovely and had everything you would need. They even left some laundry pods for us! We were vacationing in style for sure. My only advice to future renters would be that if you are like me and like a soft bed, bring a memory foam mattress pad with you because while comfortable for most people it was a little too firm for me but the pad was all it needed. My husband thought it was fine. We will definitely rent with them again.

The property had everything you could want for a rental. Neighbors we’re nonexistent we didn’t see anyone for a month. The only thing that needs to be upgraded are pots and pans, they have lived their lives. All in all a great quiet vacation
