The stairs are very steep (didn’t really bother us but some might not like it). Just felt the soap and water options were skimpy given the price and style of the hotel

Friendly, clean, comfortable, picturesque and in a great location - we really loved it.

A really excellent breakfast; so often in otherwise good hotels the orange juice is not made from freshly squeezed oranges, but in the Hotel De Heeren it was fresh and delicious. This is only a minor detail, but it helped to make our stay really perfect.

For us the stairs leading to our room did not present a problem, and it is not something that we did not like, but as in many old Dutch buildings, the stairs are steep ...

There are earplugs in the bathroom... for a good reason. Great location but we heard the churchbells a LOT (plus the room neighbours). Probably not a place for people with a light sleep.

Hotel Dee Heeren a hazardous fire trap for travelers. Two very, very steep winging stairs

we were expected to climb two very steep winding stairs to get to our room. With luggage! No way out in event of a fire. Window view was of roof and pipes a few feet away. very overpriced. very thumbs down.

Romantic boutique hotel

Small hotel located in a lovely little city overlooking the harbour and the lake. The room was large with all necessary comfort. Highly recommended. Also the restaurant 1611 is very good quality.

Very good

We had a room overlooking the front water. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was good too. The hotel was clean and well kept and our room was beautiful. We would definitely book again if we stayed in Veere eventhough we only stayed one night and booked that day so the cost worked out to be quite high for a room and breakfast. It would be better to stay longer next time and book earlier.

De locatie is prachtig, het is een heel mooi en gezellig authentiek dorpje. Het ontbijt is in het restaurant (wat ook een gezellig terras voor en achteraan heeft). Heel mooi en uitgebreid ontbijt met een super vriendelijke bediening. De kamers zijn echt heel mooi en ruim. Wij hadden 3 kamers waarvan één een elektrisch bed, één een sun-shower en de andere een Japans toilet had als extra'tje. Zeer ruime mooie kamers met prachtig uitzicht op het haventje en het meer, een aanrader!!

Alles was perfect, wel veel trappen om naar je kamer te gaan.

Super mooie zolderkamer en zeer ruim met mooi inloop douche. (Kamer 4) prima bed en kamer heeft een zeer mooi uitizicht over de haven. Ontbijt was ruim voldoende en netjes geserveerd in het restaurant. Hotel ligt heerlijk in het centrum
