Very disappointing

The room was spotless. The shower was awesome.

No kettle in the room. No bottled water. The access road is under construction so had to wade through mud and puddles. Breakfast was awful

The hotel is really well maintained. The staff was very welcoming. The breakfast was amazing and the room was very clean and functional. It was very quiet.

The location is on a parking lot with no view and the rooms are quite small.

Really nice vibe

The bicycle store was located outside and not locked, although inside the hotel compound which was e gated overnight. So not a problem for us with a tandem that no one would want to steal, but if you had an expensive e bike then you might want to enquire further before booking.

Great hotel but no restaurant, very poor location.

It was a very well presented hotel, great staff - especially "Cecile" who was consistently friendly and helpful - even calling us when we left our vehicle unlocked! Always tried to help in every situation.

For a hotel with no restaurant for evening meals, the location was poor. It was a 30 minute walk into the town and even then very few restaurants were available. The external access road was in very bad condition, with empty and derelict properties surrounding it. Looks like the hotel was fairly newly built on cheap land and nothing else. Spoilt the overall visit, and a shame for the staff who were excellent.

This is an Ibis. Staff are always exellent and accommodating. The room big and the bed very comfortable. Breakfast ample and varied.

On the map, it looks as if this hotel has direct access to the train station. It does not. There is a long walk to find a road bridge to cross the rail tracks to arrive at the station, immediately opposite the hotel. The shower is not enclosed. Using the hand held shower rose, it is possible, accidently, to flood the bathroom and even the bedroom. The price was in excess of what I paid for a similarly reviewed hotel in Paris!

Clean. spacious, good sized room, excellent staff

Initial receptionist, and the two others that followed during our overnight stay, were all excellent. The greeting was polite cheerful and efficient.

Meals are available but they are limited in range and of the instant variety, i.e. microwaved. Having said that the ones we ordered were of a good standard for this type of food,

Great hospitality. Cosy warm rooms. Comfortable bed. Plenty of parking. Super location, 5 min walk to town centre and small shops or 3 min drive to lager shops. Pet friendly. Highly recommended as a base for Flers or this region.

Best time at Ibis Styles Flers

My son and I had a lovely time at the ibis. It was warm and inviting. All the staff were really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was just perfect. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel, or to stay again.

We spent 3 days visiting friends in the area and we were very satisfied with the accommodation.

It is conveniently place on a main road next to the station, but we were not disturbed by the noise of trains. It is fairly new and in good decorative condition. There is a bar/ breakfast/dining room and food available at any time. A very good breakfast was included in the price. There is also a well equipped gym. There were chairs to sit on outside.

There was nothing we did not like.

We have been to this hotel in 2 rooms for 13-14 August 2022. Arriving to the hotel at 21:00 we were informed by the receptionist that the conditioner is not working in the rooms. No any solution of this problem was proposed except to go to another hotel. Actually the receptionist showed no any interest in solving this issue and was quite unkind. As it was late evening so it was no any possibility to go to another hotel so we stayed and paid. But we spend the awful night. We booked this hotel because of having conditioner, it was vitally important for us during that hot days (as my elderly parents have heart problems and can't handle the heat well). But this service was not provided, so I asked at least 20% discount. But the receptionist said me that he is not authorized to give me discount at the moment of payment and I need to contact hotel management at the next working day. So till this moment I’ve been contacting the hotel management (as Ibis Styles Flers as Accor Customer Service as well) several times during more than 1 month, but no any reaction received. So I would never visit this hotel and would not recommend it to others.

excellent hotel to stay in for our 4 night stay. we would surely return at our next visit

the room was smaller than what we’re used to however it was comfortable, the towels could have been larger and fluffier but again a minor detail. good sir conditioning and rooms were cleaned everyday of our stay. All staff were very friendly and helpful, a special mention to Magdalena and Cecile. breakfast was excellent, there was a wide variety of continental foods, hot drinks and juices, as well as various breads and meats. Breakfast was included in price however we paid on the first day as we hadn’t checked in and the price was excellent value. There was someone on reception 24 hours and the car park gate was closed at 10pm everyday for extra security.

there was no information on how to contact reception over the phone. most hotels I have stayed in have tea and coffee facilities in room as complementary.
