We has a mezzanine family room which the upstairs bedroom was accessed by a fold away staircase with no handles and the staircase was quite steep. Not easy to navigate for an adult. May not be suitable for children or older guests.

The staff are warm, efficient, friendly. The hotel is very clean and quiet (in an otherwise noisy little town). Breakfast was very nice. Pancakes. Italian ham. Fresh strawberries ! Very accomodating for cyclists. Flers is not a recommended tourist destination. I do not recommend it either (I needed a train).

I was not advised of change of access code over the weekend so could have been locked out There coyld have been a much better choice of cereals at breakfast as only one sweet option

Idea location for visiting the local area

typical French breakfast, cheese, ham, eggs and bread. Location being near the centre of town good access to restaurants and bars etc

The entrance to the hotel was not welcoming, with 4 threadbare flags at the gateway, the car park full of weeds and general feeling that it needed a good tidy up.

The staff at breakfast were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good. The location was fine.

The owner was not at the property when we arrived and the booking in process was complicated and time consuming.
