The hotel is very quiet and peaceful, making it a lovely place to stay. It’s only about 20 to 30 minutes from Yala Safari, which makes access to the safari area, easy and convenient. Perfect for travelers who want both comfort and proximity to nature.

Everything about the property.. that stuff are very friendly... they went out their way to look after us..thanks you ..

The only thing I can say is this property does not have any lifts.. which can be a problem for any people with mobility, however they do have rooms in first Ground which day sorted out straight away....

The staff are the kindest people I’ve ever come across on my travels. Ravi was incredibly hospitable, telling us about himself, the area, and taking us around the property himself. The food was excellent. When there were dietary restrictions for the meals, staff went out of their way to arrange new meals and new food items - at a buffet no less. The property is also extremely aesthetically pleasing - a beautiful floating staircase, pool, lovely outdoor area in the back, rabbits, etc. The design on the hotel is exceptional. And finally the room was just outstanding. Super spacious, high ceiling, and a balcony. All in all, definitely a property I will stay at again!

This didn’t really bother me, but a note that there is no elevator. So it is a bit of a trek to get up and down But there are ground floor rooms available.

The room was really spacious, and the two large double beds were perfect for our family of four. The hotel manager was super friendly and went above and beyond by arranging a late-night dinner for us. Really appreciated the great service!

The room really needed better cleaning and maintenance, especially the bathroom. The shower in our room didn’t drain properly, and when it filled up, some rubbish from the drain floated back up — definitely not a pleasant experience. We reported it, and two staff members came with a plunger to try to fix it, but it didn’t work. Luckily, since the hotel wasn’t full, the manager kindly gave us access to an adjacent room so we could use that bathroom instead. Unfortunately, the water pressure there was very low in that bathroom so taking a shower wasn't a nice experience in the hotel. If the hotel had been fully booked, we would’ve been stuck. Two other families in our group also had similar bathroom issues. It looked like the bathrooms hadn’t been deep-cleaned for a while — there were visible stains on the bathtub and tiles. The carpet in our room also seemed like it hadn’t been properly vacuumed for some time. The air conditioning wasn’t great either. It hadn’t been turned on before we arrived, so the room was really hot, and it took hours just to cool it down slightly. With regular maintenance and proper cleaning, this hotel could be much better — it just needs a bit more care and attention.
