Loved our stay at Charolais Cottage - welcoming hosts, cosy and comfortable cottage, and beautiful views across the paddocks. Enjoyed watching the cows - even saw a calf being born. Counted 38 birds on the property over the weekend. Thanks Louise and Sandy.

Felt like going home to my own little house in the country. Beautiful scenery.
You have to know how to work a fireplace or you'll freeze in winter.

The host met us, even though it was late. She explained the dynamics of an off grid property. The location was so lovely, quite and not overlooked by other properties but close to town as well. It was a beautiful cottage and surrounding gardens. Would recommend this place to anyone.
Nothing could have been better.
