The situation. Overall good. Lots of decent glasses and crockery
No shower screen door on main bathroom. Lack of power points in downstairs bedroom. Poor selection and quality of pots and pans for cooking.

Very confusing, unhelpful and impersonal booking process. Booked through Booking.com and then had to deal with a range of consultants from Holiday Rental Specialists. Two night minimum stay even though we only needed one. No personal consideration for us riding in the Bowral Classic, and insisted on charging a late checkout fee, even though every guest in the town was there for the same reason, and there was no one checking in that day. Didn't answer emails, and tried to charge more when the bike ride dates were moved. Overpriced accommodation compared to other more boutique and well-appointed places. Wouldn't return.
