What breakfast??
The location of the property with close access to town was great.
The property would benefit from a deep clean. Moving furniture from walls and cleaning behind, removing bodies of dead moths etc, Kitchen cupboards need cleaning, especially under the sink where the garbage pail stands, the cupboard where the toasters are stored. The BBQ needs a thorough clean and maintenance, one burner does not light. Broken hinge on door of vanity in the en-suite. Only one extra bin liner available, insuffitiant when property booked for 12 adult for 4 days.

We loved the layout of the house, it was very family friendly. Outdoor covered eating area as well as a kids playroom near the laundry, which has a shower and toilet. A good sized fenced backyard for games with the children, plenty of shade as well.
The showers were hard to get a consistent temperature at times.

The yard was beautiful
Space was good for 10 people
Parking was good
Main road and trains made it very noisy
Our checkin and checkout times reduced for covid cleans - the house is dirty - especially skirting , cupboards floors and dishwasher there was even old bread in the oven
