About this villa rental
Villa Oleandri is located in Valpolicella, on the hills of San Floriano, in a very quiet and sunny area and enjoys a wonderful view of Valpolicella, Verona and, in the distance, Lake Garda.
The property is large, comfortable and elegant, made with quality materials and is surrounded by vineyards. The Villa is composed of two apartments, on the ground floor is the Zardo Winery where you can book a wine tasting.
From this strategic position, halfway between Verona and Lake Garda, in a few minutes you can reach the motorway, the lake, the city and the airport. Ideal for relaxing stays in the quiet and an excellent starting point for food and wine, cultural or sports excursions. Nearby there are numerous water/thermal and amusement parks.
The villa is equipped with air conditioning and free WiFi, the bathroom has a washing machine and hairdryer. Outside there are large terraces, green spaces for the exclusive use of guests and private parking. The house is equipped with TV and Wi-Fi, towels and sheets are provided included in the price.
PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED
Beverages, food and consumables (soaps, shampoos, etc.) are not provided.
Check-in is from 04:00 PM to 08:00 PM. For check-in after this time a fee of 30.00 Euro is required to be paid upon arrival.
Check-out is by 10:00 AM.
Early check-in or late check-out can only be confirmed the day before.

Very Nice house, with a fantastic view over the winyards and the light of city at night from the great terrasse.

The modern villa-apartment is situated in an area of Italy that has a lot to offer (e.g. mountains, lake, wine, food and historic towns). From the balcony you have an extraordinary view over the vineyards, Verona and the Po valley. For a wine tasting, including the famous Amarone, you simply cross the road to the neighbours. Also excellent restaurants are nearby.
Be aware that you only rent the Grand-apartment, from a total of 3 apartments. The Top-apartment was also occupied during our stay. The tenants of the Top-apartment pass the garden and terrace of the Grand-apartment to access their front door. Unfortunately the shower and the flushing of the toilet from the Top-apartment can clearly be heard in the bedrooms of the Grand-apartment. This is why we cannot assign 5 stars to this accommodation.
