Located in the heart of the Valpolicella vineyards, La Ricamadora is a recently renovated farmhouse that is part of a historic and expansive wine estate. It is nestled among the vineyards of Valpolicella Classica. Guided horseback tours and wine testings at the many wineries in the surrounding area are available upon request. The nearest city is the romantic and enchanting city of Verona (15 km away), and it’s just 20 km from the spectacular Lake Garda. Wonderful excursions can be taken in the Lessinia Mountains (8 km) and on Monte Baldo. Attractions reachable by car also include Venice (135 km) and Milan (160 km). Nearby amusement parks include the Parco Natura Viva safari park (14 km) and Gardaland (23 km). The Veronafiere exhibition center is just 15 km away, making it very convenient for Vinitaly, Fieracavalli, Marmomac, and Motor Bike Expo. Other attractions within a short drive include the Alps, the Dolomites, Mantua, and Bologna. The airport is only 17 km away.

This historic property is surrounded by lush vineyards with rolling hills in the distance. It is convenient to Lake Garda and Verona - both fabulous destinations for day trips.
The house was very comfortably furnished and the beds were terrific. Bathrooms were all updated with quality fixtures - the kitchen was very well equipped - Wi-Fi was strong throughout the house.
We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

A beautiful well sized property in a lovely part of Italy, location perfect for Lake Garda and Verona.
Special mention for Louly who helped enormously when I had car trouble.
If we were ever to go back to Valpolicella wound definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay at Serges beautiful Italian Villa!! Its away from all the trouble - perfect for a quiet and peaceful vacation with friends and two babies :) But also close enough to Lake Garda. Serge was a great host! I can highly recommend this place and we will come back next year with the family.

Our stay was amazing. Serge was very friendly and the house is beautiful! It is very clean and has amazing furnishings, we didn't miss anything. The garden is wonderfull! We were 8 friends and arrived with two cars. There was enough space. We did a trip to Verona and Venice.
Thanks Serge for this place! We highly recommend it.
