Plenty of room to park two large vehicles, the host was very responsive with any questions we had, the kitchen was incredibly well stocked with dishes, spices, etc, the dishwasher was a big plus. The air conditioners were an absolute luxury, we all slept comfortably despite the 32+ heat. The location is great, we were able to walk to restaurants along the river, and were about a 5 minute drive to grocery stores. Plenty of room for two families.

The stair railing up to the top floor is very open even along the landing, it made me very nervous, I just didn’t let my 2 year old up there alone.

Superb accommodation, 20min from Verona centre, ideal for up to 10people. The host was very responsive and thoughtful, enabled us an early check in since we were traveling with little kids. The place has 7 air conditioners, which came pretty handy with 38 degrees outside. The kitchen is well equipped and the rooms are pretty much soundproof. The grocery shops are conveniently close (less than 5min drive to EuroSpin or Lidl) and so is lake Garda with all its beauty. Great place to stay, especially if you are travelling with a bigger group of people. Price/performance rate is off the charts.

The only downside was the width of most of the beds - they are mostly queen sized (140x200) woth one or two exceptions So some adults may have less room to sleep comfortably than expected, especially in such hot conditions as in the end of this June. And the mattresses may be a little bit too soft, but that may be nitpicking.
