kids love that there are toys, slide in the home.

checked in with a roach welcoming us for the second time. wifi was down the whole time we were there. someone came to rectify, but it was still so bad. the master bedroom wardrobe door needs fixing. toilet light was broken. some of the toys were broken & we kept it away due to safety concerns for our children.

Very easy to collect the Key. Owner are very friendly. Room are very nice & clean. Everything is perfect. Nearby 24/7 restaurant and mini mart are also available. All three aircon are working perfectly. Have refrigerator and cooking items, microvan etc. Lot of clean towel and toilet tissues were provided. Extra bed and pillows blanket available. This one really good & likes five start hotel. I am very happy to stay and will stay again.

1. The host, Ruth, very kind and answer all my questions about the apartment very fast before we check-in. 2. The securities around the apartment were very helpful & friendly. 3. The location is superb, nearby mart, cafe, mamak restaurant & puteri harbour. 4. Parking is very convenient. 5. Check-in system very easy coz access card to the unit just around the apartment lobby (we study the instructions before check-in in the booking instruction). 6. Swimming pool is clean & we enjoyed the facility provided. 7. Washing machine is also provided & this save our time & money to find outside laundry. 8. There is a bathtub in the master bedroom. 9. Aircond function very well in all rooms. 10. Water heater function very well.

1. The master bedroom toilet sink needs repair because the water flows very slow after using it.

Location is good, near all the restaurants on harbourfront and a short drive to Legoland and shops

The check in instructions could be a bit clearer as well as general instructions for accessing the amenities e.g. swimming pool. The property itself smelled strongly of cigarette smoke on entry and there was washing hanging out on the balcony. Cleaning wise there are a number of areas which needed deep cleaning e.g. behind the toilet.
