Clean, close to Ali drive, everything labeled, chairs, towels, snorkeling equipment provided
Unfortunately for whatever reason I never received a welcome message for self check in however the owner was extremely prompt, reachable, and kind.

Well stocked and very organized. The beach chairs and umbrella made visiting the local beaches a pleasant experience. The host was very accommodating and responsive. We will stay here again on our next visit. Thanks.

The location is excellent for restaurants,shops, and shoreline. The kitchen is very well supplied with all you need, even some coffee and spices which were appreciated. The studio makes good use of it's space so there is everything you need, even beach supplies. It was very clean and owner readily accessible. We would definitely stay again.

This is a well located property for access to Kailua. It is clean, tidy and very quiet. The facilities are generally good. So on this basis I would recommend it to others. BUT
The aged air conditioning unit was unable to maintain anything other than a sweltering temperature in the room at night which was therefore most uncomfortable.It needs an ‘aircon’ upgrade.
