We like the large room and the comfortable bed. It is a bit of a walk into the old city but nothing to worry about. It was quiet at night. The wonderful Filipino man and his family met us when we arrived and made us feel welcome.
Even though it has two windows, it is in fact quite dark during the day. This may affect someone who like a lot of light.
Although not directly related to the quality of the property, be aware that when we had a problem with Booking.com and asked for a refund within one minute of pressing the button when we realised that we double booked.
The owner refused outright, stating that we were now in his calendar.
While this was within their rights, we felt that it was unnecessary. The other property involved in the double booking refunded us immediately, luckily.

Lovely loft apartment. Caretakers were friendly and helped with luggage. Some noise overnight (It was a Saturday night), but nothing out of control. All and all a pleasant stay.
Stairs to get to the lift, stairs from the lift to the top floor apartment. This was hard with the number of bags we had as we didnt want to leave them in the car on the street.
Parking is on-street parking, first come, first served.

The space is curated very nicely. We appreciated the proximity to our favorite restaurant and a large playground.
We missed having an overhead light though the lighting inside was abundant. The stairs were somewhat difficult with luggage.

spacious and well furnished and equiped
Beware the sat nav location from booking.com is incorrect by 500m to 700 m. We had to contact owner for actual address, who did not apologise for this error.
The apartment has no wall windows and only 3 roof windows, hence no view and absolutely no outside space, one window had a broken blind and one other no blind so light flooded in from early morning.
The apartment is in a one way traffic system on a narrow road with cars parked on either side of the road. parking can be difficult or at some distance.
The location is not close to the old town and in hot weather is not an easy walk
The couple that managed the property lived virtually next door and were outstanding in there helpfulness (e.g WiFi not connecting)
