na reserva indicava que teríamos limpeza e, chegando lá, nos informaram que não tínhamos housekeeping incluído, ou seja, teríamos que pagar para arrumarem o quarto. como tínhamos pagado uma taxa alta na hospedagem e estava escrito na reserva, achávamos que teríamos.

This apartment is located in the Four Seasons building, but it is not part of the Hotel, which means that the "service" is not provided by Four Seasons. The fact that you have access to the hotel's facilities is the best part.
First of all, our room was ready at 6pm, not at 3 which was stated at the reservation. Apart from this, the AC was not working, the shower has low water pressure and the kitchen supplies are very limited. Douglas did a good job at fixing most of the problems, but still they were very annoying and should not be present in this kind of property (and price!!).
