This gulf view condo is part of the Luau Condos at Sandestin® Golf and Beach Resort, so you'll be close to a wide variety of attractions in Miramar Beach. The Gulf's white sand beaches are just a short walk away. And after a day spent on the beach, you can cool off at the Luau's pool, relax in a poolside lounge chair beneath an umbrella, or explore the other beachside and bayside amenities available at the resort. You'll also be close to the ever-popular Village at Baytowne Wharf with its restaurants, nightlife, shops, and outstanding kids' activities.

THINGS TO KNOW
BUILDING CONSTRUCTION NOTICE: Roofing Project is slated to begin in the coming days. Those of you in town may have noticed some of the staging and prep beginning on-site this afternoon.
This re-roof will begin on Tower 2 and then move over to Tower 1. We expect 8-9 weeks, with two weeks off for Thanksgiving and Christmas, so that this project will extend into early 2026.

Larger groups can rent this condo together with the neighboring efficiency as Luau 7501/7503
A tram pass is included in your reservation. The tram runs daily from 10 am to 10 pm and stops at several locations around the resort. There is an app you can download to track the tram as well.
Your property does not allow motorcycles, rental golf carts, boats, trailers, or oversized vehicles/buses.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.
This rental is located on floor 15.

The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Room was exactly as listed, clean, and quiet. Would stay again and also recommend it to others.

Convenient property and like the entire resort. Mattress needs to be replaced, has dips on both sides and very lumpy. Bathroom could use more robe/towel hooks for towels and bathing suits to dry. Overall a good place.
