Welcome to KonaKai™ Sandestin®, a stunning 2BR/2.5BA 4th-floor corner condo in Sandestin’s Luau towers. With a wraparound lanai offering Gulf views and flexible dual-suite design, it’s ideal for families, couples, or groups who want space and privacy within a single reservation. You’re just a short stroll to Sandestin’s private beach and the best lagoon pool (and hot tub) in the resort.
Inside, enjoy two spacious suites featuring king beds, luxury linens, and floor-to-ceiling windows that fill the rooms with natural light. The lockout layout provides two private suites joined by a common entry, each with its own en-suite bath and Smart TV — perfect for couples traveling together or multi-family stays.
The main living area features a full kitchen with granite countertops, modern appliances, and a cozy dining nook with resort views. The living room includes a queen sleeper sofa and a twin pull-out loveseat, comfortably accommodating up to seven guests. The private balcony is a peaceful retreat for morning coffee or an evening cocktail overlooking the pool and Gulf horizon.
Enjoy easy days at the beach with included beach towels and (4) backpack beach chairs — a signature touch at every Epiqhost property. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our 7 day stay at this property. It was super clean and welcoming when we arrived. It was exactly as advertised online if not better. The host was super responsive when we had questions. We definitely plan to return to this property for future family trips.

The condo is in an excellent location, within walking distance to the beach, pool, minigolf, and so much more. The living space was clean and comfy, and the owners provided plenty of beach gear for guests. We absolutely loved it here and highly recommend it.
