Your inviting condo is an end unit with gorgeous views from the main bedroom, dining room, and living room. Prepare delicious meals and snacks in the well-equipped kitchen, relax on the spacious wraparound balcony boasting more displays of the water, or head downstairs to enjoy a variety of resort amenities! Swim in the large saltwater pool, soak in the hot tub, or fire up one of the community grills and have a cookout as the sun goes down. You can even dine at the on-site restaurant or grab a drink at the poolside Tiki bar to really indulge on this vacation!
This condo is part of the Sandestin® Golf and Beach Resort, which has fantastic amenities such as a pool, a hot tub, beach access, and four designer golf courses! Take a walk down to the nearby beach with its sugar-white sands and warm waters, or make a reservation to hike the 200 acres of the unique Coffeen Nature Preserve, a little over a mile east. A tram pass is included in your reservation. The tram runs daily from 10 am to 10 pm and stops at several locations around the resort. There is an app you can download to track the tram as well.

It was a great stay! Even though there was construction, the views of the ocean were beautiful. It was very clean and cozy. All the locals who lived there were super nice! We will definitely stay here again for our next visit. The hosts were also exceptional and tried to make up for the construction being done. They were also easy to get ahold of, as we had a couple of questions before our stay.

The unit was nice and well supplied, but, if you're taller then 5’4 you will not get up into the bed. It is so high and very close to the floor to ceiling window.
The building is in need of an update. The halls are gloomy and in need of a brighter update. The administration of the timeshare are nonexistent. If you call with a question you won't hear back. The cleaning fee is crazy. Unless you have 10 spring breakers staying there's no way it would cost $50.
