Appartement Etchea- 202 - Happy Rentals

Spacious and bright living area! Good location, short walk from the town. Homely / Airbnb style apartment - but that won’t suit everyone. Parking helpful.

Bedrooms are small but quite typical for a ski apartment. Bunk bed room is fine for younger children.

Very quiet and the undercover parking. Views are spectacular.

BAD – Bunk bedroom is tiny with no storage space and awful and is supposedly for adults. The top bunk is DANGEROUS. The top rail runs across the ‘ladder’ so you have to climb over it which is very difficult getting in or out of bed. When we arrived there was no hot water and after 18 hours travelling that is all you need. The help by phone couldn’t do anything, (other than blaming it on the maintenance person who could come around the next day). After getting very frustrated I managed to find the fuse board which is right next to the bunk beds and fully exposed (no cover), the hot water ‘fuse’ had been turned off !!. I turned it on and next morning there was hot water.
