We loved the house, it slept our family of 10 well. Uncrowded beach, nice porches with furniture. Play toys for the kids. Umbrellas and 3 chairs. The king bed and two twins slept great! The other beds could use new mattress or a comfortable pillow topper. The smell of the water was awful but homeowners can't help that! We enjoyed our week! Thanks so much !

We loved being right on the beach! We had a group of 10 and all slept comfortably. We would love to vacation here again! St Augustine is a beautiful area.

This was a family Xmas beach trip. The location was great, with access directly to the beach via a boardwalk, deck, and stairs. A supermarket was very close and St. Augustine was a short drive away. We rented both the upper and lower units. The lower unit was only accessible to the upper unit through the smaller bedroom unless you went outdoors. A large inconvenience, especially for the bedroom's occupants. Some things were in need of repair: a rail on a small upper unit balcony was pulled away from the building; the sliding closet door in the small lower bedroom was broken; a window blind in the upper dining area had been repaired with ribbons and a clothespin. The upper unit dishwasher never worked. After reporting it I was told it would be handled, but since it was Xmas weekend it wasn't. Since we had the lower unit we shuttled dishes up and down the stairs. Then the microwave in the upper unit stopped working the day after Xmas. More shuttles ensued. The upper unit had a table large enough for the 8 of us, and we enjoyed our stay in St. Augustine, but this unit needs a good general going through to make it a good choice, if you can handle the lower/upper accessibility issue.
