The beach was out our front door

The view was awesome. The location was awesome. Close to grocery store and very short drive to Historical St. Augustine.
There are no negative comments. The hiccup we had on the first day was taken care of with efficiency.

Fan did not work in master bedroom ..
Sheets in one bedroom were dirty
Shower handle outside broken .
Only one pan and one skillet
Gate to beach would not open all the way because grass needs trimmed
Oven didn’t heat up well
Roach in kitchen
Bathrooms need updated they haven’t been redone since house was built
No broom in kitchen

great location, family oriented area
cockroaches in house, half the lighting didn’t work, door to back porch was hard to operate, ants in kitchen area, kitchen supplies where from mostly dollar tree, shrubs need to be trimmed out dear if getting hit, tv remote in livingroom hard to operate due to low batteries, master bedroom tv to low needs to be mounted on the wall where you can see while laying in bed
