The Flor de LIZ flat, located in the heart of the old town of Cadiz, is the perfect option to enjoy the vitality of the historic centre of our city without giving up the opportunity to have quality accommodation nearby.
It has one bedroom with a double bed but can accommodate up to 3 people thanks to the double sofa-bed in the living room.
The flat is 50 m² and is very cosy. It is also fully equipped with hairdryer, iron, coffee maker, kettle, sandwich maker, microwave, washing machine, juicer, crockery and all the kitchen utensils that will allow you to enjoy our beautiful city without depending on anything or anyone, going completely at your own pace and in your own way.
It also has Wifi, heat pump heating, air conditioning, television and access to a private terrace located on the roof of the building.
Guests must show a valid identity document and sign a tourist rental contract at check-in (in accordance with Junta de Andalucía Decree 28/2016 on Housing for Tourist Purposes).
This flat has ELECTRONIC LOCK and is opened with your mobile phone so, if you check-in online, you won't have to go through our office at all! Otherwise, you will have to go to CALLE LÁZARO DOU, 2 office CADIZ4RENTALS.

Great Apartment in a great location, small issues were quickly dealt with, we had an issue with our electronic door and they sent a man straight away to fix it! Great customer service is so important. There were good discounts for long stays and it was great value for a month!
Maybe offering a welcome packs of some essentials to purchase when renting the property. We had to go and buy liquid soap, washing up liquid, washing powder and softener. kitchen towels, bin bags for rubbish and more loo paper & coffee pods. We also bought some items which we felt should have been there already. A washing up bowl, T towels for drying plates/cutlery and a bread knife

La ubicación es perfecta, al lado del mercado. El piso bien, lo justo para unas vacaciones.
Subía mal olor de las cañerías del baño, era bastante molesto.
