After exiting the elevator and strolling through a refined hallway, you’ll reach this bright and welcoming apartment overlooking lively Calle Compañía. Upon entering, the spacious living room invites you to relax with a comfortable sofa bed (150x200 cm), coffee table, Smart TV, and two large balconies that bathe the space in natural light and connect you with the historic surroundings.
The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and includes a central island with three bar stools, perfect for casual meals and conversations.
The serene master bedroom features a luxurious 180x200 cm bed, a large wardrobe, a dresser, and a third balcony offering more light and captivating views of the city. The stylish bathroom includes a walk-in shower and a window facing the quiet interior patio, ensuring good ventilation.

Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.

Great unit, central location close to everything. Unit could use some literature on what to do, where to eat. Also, more specific detail re no cars inside streets and specific detail on exactly where parking is and that it is underground. Would highly recommend this unit!!

Great apartment just as pictured. Javier met us at check in and gave us lots of useful information about the apartment and area. The apartment was very clean and well taken care of. They even provided mid stay cleanings for longer stays. Rooftop was nice to relax on and laundry machine was wonderful to have. Wifi worked well and kitchen had everything we needed. The location is very central in old town. There is noise from the street as expected in that location, but it wouldn't keep us from returning. We very much enjoyed our stay, loved the Central market and found great restaurants.

The apartment was on the top floor of a three-storey building with only two apartments on each level. Light-filled and easy access to market, historic sights, harbour, bars, and restaurants. Great communication with hosts and maintenance people and the best laundry experience ever - you can hang out on the terrace. Would recommend.

Great location, newly and well appointed and light apartment. Would stay again if in Cadiz. Be prepared for a bit of noise from the street- worth it for the super location.
