Located in the historic centre of Cadiz, you will enjoy the main cultural and gastronomic attractions of the city: Torre Tavira, the central food market, the fried food restaurant Las Flores,... are just some of the places where you will enjoy the most during your trip and which are just a few steps away from the flat.
The master bedroom has a double bed and the second bedroom has two single beds. Both bedrooms have flat screen TV, wardrobes and air conditioning. In addition, the flat has two comfortable and modern bathrooms with shower and a spacious living room with double sofa-bed, TV and air conditioning as well as a beautiful and spacious kitchen-dining room fully equipped with fridge with freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, juicer, sandwich maker, coffee maker and all the essential kitchen utensils and crockery so that you will not lack anything during your stay.
Don't worry about sheets and towels when you come. The beds will be made and you will find the linen for the sofa-bed when you arrive (if you let us know we can leave it ready for you). In the flat you will also find iron for clothes, cot and cot linen (if you let us know in advance) and hoover.
🆔📄 Guests must show a valid identity document and sign a tourist rental contract at check-in (in accordance with Decree 28/2016 of the Junta de Andalucía on Housing for Tourist Purposes).
📲 This flat has ELECTRONIC LOCK and is opened with your mobile phone so, if you check-in online, you won't have to go through our office at all! Otherwise, you will have to go to CALLE LÁZARO DOU, 2 office CADIZ4RENTALS.

This is a wonderful apartment with excellent facilities. It is right in the heart of the old town and so no more than 20 minutes walk to everything. The host was extremely helpful and responded very quickly to any queries. We enjoyed our time sitting outside on the roof terrace too. When back in Cadiz we will definitely use cadiz4rentals again, and book Tacita if available

Apartment for extremely clean and tidy. love the old building but modern inside with great kitchen and bathrooms. Beds extremely comfortable. the location is superb for big and small carrefour and of course the main market. First time in Cadiz and Spain but will definitely be back as food is superb and very affordable. Staff at Cadiz4Rentals could not have been nicer or more helpful. One surprise was the trains. be sure to book well in advance even before you arrive as train back to the airport fully booked weeks in advance so had to spend 70 euros on a taxi. cant wait to come back to Cadiz
