Daisy An Bang Villa

Great location, spotlessly clean, beautiful breakfast and the most wonderful staff. Even though there were issues with my room they did a great job at working out solutions and making a single woman travelling alone to feel safe. You also have use of free umbrellas on the private beach and access to sweet Daisy retreat’s pool (where breakfast is served). It’s also right next door to the very cool Shore Beach Club which had a great band and DJs when I visited. Felt very Ibiza early 2000’s!

The air conditioning didn’t work in my room for the first two nights but they upgraded me to sister property sweet Daisy retreat which was lovely. It was a bit annoying though to be moved after arriving from a long flight. On my second last night the electricity stopped completely so I didn’t have any lights or aircon working. It seemed to switch back on at around 5am though and luckily I slept through it.

Great location in An Bang, close to everything. Nice pool and good sized room.

Breakfast was at another villa just up the lane, which was a bit strange.

The bedding was very comfortable and the shower was large with great water pressure. The pool area is small but lovely and great spot to meet other guests. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful We got to use the facilities at their new sister property right on the beach front and that is also where you get the breakfast. It's a short 5 minute walk down the lane.

The balcony wasnt really a balcony. You couldn't stand out on it let alone sit but it didn't matter. There is no elevator so request ground floor room if you don't like stairs. The fridge was not very cold

The airconditioner Definitely needed a service it was so noisy I found it hard to sleep I booked A ground floor garden room but when I arrived there was no garden and the ground floor was right next to reception where everyone walked passed No discount for taking a tired floor room that was very tired looking compared to the pictures on booking.con Also there was no kitchen for breakfast that was a short walk through some ally ways to the sweet daisy retreat where there was a room with breakfast displayed But very misleading from the booking info. I loved sweet daisy retreat it was right in the beach front and still a great location No so quite as daisy home stay but both place had lovely staff and good locations I would definitely stay here again.
