Beach is undergoing renovations, so a little busy but it could not take away from the position and the staff were great, our complimentary breakfast was amazing. We will be back.

Everything, it’s such a wonderful place to stay at. The people are very friendly!
This is in no way fault of the property, but I booked this place because of the beachfront. However, during my stay it was probably high tide and the beach was gone.

The staff were excellent - Vie in particular - doing everything they could to make the stay excellent. I cannot fault the efforts of the staff and the location is still beautiful.
Perhaps inevitably, the property is such a pleasant micro environment it has become a selfie mecca for Vietnamese day trippers. From 7.30 onwards it rapidly becomes packed and chaotic with groups and couples on respective photoshoots (these last for hours if you don't know Vietnam!). This makes it noisy, difficult to find a seat , and impossible to relax amongst the noise and constant image obsessives jostling for that perfect 'reel spot' all around you. Guests have to pre-book a breakfast spot if they want any chance to find a seat (N.B. property could easily rope of seated area over small bridge for guests only until mid-morning!). Also, note, due to sea erosion there is no longer access to the beach here. This makes for a nice viewpoint, but it has lost the 'escape route' from the Viet-arrazi.
