Enjoyable stay and a good base for exploring Bruges

Good location easily walkable from station and town. Comfortable beds and sofas. Well equipped kitchen. Bottle of wine on arrival nice gesture. Clean and well presented property

The stairs are very narrow, shallow and steep. Would not want to stay there with young children. The shower temperature was a bit irrational. Although kitchen well equipped the glasses and mugs were quite small.

A very pleasant stay and a beautiful apartment, good location.

We liked the fact that the property was clean and spacious and well equipped. The majority of our expectations were exceeded.

We struggled to figure out how to get hot water in the tub. Nothing we tried worked.

Great place but please pay us back our money

It was a great property BUT we did get charged an extra £600.25 by Booking.com which neither the owner nor Booking.com will explain or refund. The owner also has not returned the full amount of the deposit - which we paid separately to the owner. So we have been really overcharged. I have enquired with Booking.com and the owner but neither has responded helpfully and essentially we have been charged a great deal extra for this holiday.

Great Family Friendly property off the city center of Brugge.

The property is well built and well appointed. It came with the necessities for a pleasant stay in Brugge. The kitchen came complete with everything one needs to make legendary meals - rather than spending many euros out town. It was also in the quiet part of town which was really great. Except...

It was a bit far from the nearest public transport. You'd rather just walk to the city center than go to the nearest station. The 20 minute walk to the city center is a trade off for the peace and quiet.

Good house! Great location! But the services provided could use a ton of improvement.

The house is modern and quite nice. The location is a short walk away from the old town area. The neighborhood is residential and quite peaceful apart from the trains going in front of the house. The property owner/manager was responsive, when we faced issues.

Neither the bathroom, nor the toilet has a door lock. Coordinating the bathroom schedule with a big group was a challenge I wasn't expecting to face on a vacation. There were no toiletries provided, apart from the toilet paper. I went back to the property description, which states that they should be provided. Once we mentioned this to the property manager, they provided us with some handwash bottles within a few hours. The electric kettle in the kitchen was not cleaned and still had remains of whatever the last occupants had used it for (probably for warming milk). The property manager replaced it the next day, when we pointed it out.

Perfect family break

The house was fantastic, the photos on the site do not do the property justice. The location a short walk from the city centre, but far enough to provide a peaceful retreat. Communication with the host was excellent and they were very amenable concerning extra needs. I would certainly stay here again.

Hele fijne woning voor groepen!

Heel fijn huisje! Leuke inrichting, voldoende ruimte, op loopafstand van het centrum.

Als je een lichte slaper bent, dan is dit niet het ideale huisje omdat alle vloeren enorm kraken. Verder kan je het beste de slaapkamers aan de voorzijde vermijden in verband met de trein die (rustig) voorbij komt rijden.
