Very nice house with all the comforts. Clean. My only complaint is that there is no instructions for the use of the washers and dryers. Not speaking the language instructions posted in various languages would be helpful. We had European friends with us and they didn’t know. A little more instruction on appliances would help. Other than that the house was great. I would highly recommend. It would also have been nice to actually meet the owners but realize they need vacations too

Patrick was very helpful. He had a reference guide for the house and map of the city. The house was very clean with comfortable furnishings. Bedroom on the first floor as well as upstairs. Easy 10 minute walk from train station. Really enjoyed our stay there.

We only stayed 1 night here but could easily have stayed longer. The house is perfect we’ll equipped and perfectly located. We were allowed to drop our bags and pick up the bikes earlier than check in time which was fantastic. We explored Bruges by bike on the first day which was very easy and then walked into town the next day. A thoroughly enjoyable stay in an amazing house. My friend is planning on coming back with her own family!

Very clean and convenient home to downtown Brugge. Easy walk to the train station and then an additional walk to the central part of Brugge. The property owner was there upon arrival to show us the house and to give a local's perspective of the area. The house has multiple bikes which four of us enjoyed riding through the local area as well as downtown Brugge. Highly recommend this house for a stay near Brugge.

Our stay at this house was wonderful. We were able to buy local groceries and use the kitchen for some meals. The provided bikes were used by all parties and helped us to discover the countryside. We walked the short distance to the Old Town of Bruges daily so we could enjoy the many fascinating sites and of course taste and buy chocolates of all kinds. Thank you for letting us stay in your home.

Found this house whilst searching Vrbo for a place to stay in Brugge. Yes this isn’t exactly in the middle of Brugge but that’s what makes it better. The walk from the station takes between 10-15mins and then a further 10-15 to the middle of Brugge. There’s a shop in the station that stays open until 2000 every day plus a bakery around 15min walk north. Patrick, the owner, was brilliant and spoke very good English. Unfortunately the pilot light had gone out on the boiler but when we told Patrick he was over straight away to fix it. The heating was limited to 21C which is understandable with the gas prices but this did mean the house was a little cold at night. Also on the listing there wasn’t a mention of the downstairs WC, not an issue at all but maybe it would be helpful for people the know in the future. Over all the house was great, very clean and tidy. We as a family loved it.

The Maison Marcel is very well equipped with everything you could need and the bicycles are brilliant to help with getting around. We were sorry to leave as our stay was super comfortable! Very clean house. Owner present on arrival and showed us the house and details of it. Great location with a 5-10 minute walk to train station and then just beyond station into town. Very walkable. Nice small patio to enjoy the weather outside. Great stay!

Patrick was the perfect host who gave us great info on the must-see sights of Bruges. His home is a wonderful place just a 5-minutes walk from the train station in a beautiful neighbourhood. The home is spacious and was pristine on arrival. We enjoyed spending time at the property as a group of friends and the use of the six bikes made the trip even more enjoyable, as access to Bruges was made easier with the addition of pedal power. We can't thank Patrick and Dominique enough for their hospitality and we all agreed we would make a return trip as we enjoyed our experience of Patrick's home and Bruges so much.

This spacious house has everything you need for a stay in Bruges. The location is great as well - about a 10min walk to the train station, which is right across from the canals circling the downtown. We enjoyed our walk into the city every day (but there are bikes available for those who like). Patrick welcomed us and answered all questions we had. He allowed us to stay longer than planned, which was great. The bedrooms are very comfortable, the house was clean and very well organized. Highly recommend!!

Stayed for a week with my girlfriend and 2 other couples. Patrick met us on arrival and gave us a tour of the house. The property is clean and was more than enough room for the 6 of us. It was great to be within walking distance of the city and train station. Very convenient to getting around Bruges or hopping on the train/bus for a day trip elsewhere.

Spacious, detached house with 3 large, comfy king-size beds, large sitting/dining room and well equipped kitchen. We loved the dressing room - with chairs, mirrors, a hairdryer and tissues. Lots of storage space in all the rooms. Excellent WiFi (80Mbps). Immaculately clean. Friendly owner who met us on arrival - despite the fairly late hour (due to Eurostar delays). Easily reached on foot from the station (10-15 mins). Friendly bakery just round the corner selling milk (UHT), butter, cold meats and cheese, pastries, bread and chocolates - though unexpectedly closed on Thursday. We would thoroughly recommend this as a base for exploring Bruges.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful spacious house. We loved the outside decking area to sit on in the evenings. We loved the separate dressing room and the lovely spacious bedrooms. Everything we needed for our holiday break was catered for even down to a parking permit that we could use in Brugge centre, very thoughtful. It was lovely to have Patrick and Dominique to meet us upon our arrival to help with any questions and they were so welcoming. We definitely hope to return again some time soon.

Alles gut. Das Haus tip top. Komunikatien perfekt. Leider konnten wir wegen Bauarbeiten den zum Haus gehörenden Parkplatz nicht benützen. Marcel wusste das zu voraus und hat sich um eine spezielle Parkkarte bemüht was wir super fanden. Am Tag der Abreise war bei uns vor dem Haus der Graben noch offen, Als ich die Arbeiterfragte ob sie uns Steine legen könnten damit wir unser Gepäck verladen können haben sie freundlicherweise einen Gehweg für uns gemacht. Wecker brauchten wir in dieser Zeit keinen da die Arbeiter punkt 7.00 mit der Arbeit begonnen haben....... Mit freundlichen Grüssen A. Kalasek

Zeer gezellig vakantiehuisje, voor eerst dat we gevoel hadden thuis te komen in plaats van in een vakantiehuis aan te komen. Zeer leuk en smaakvol ingericht en op wandelafstand van Brugge station en centrum. Kunnen het alleen maar aanraden, en denken er zeker aan om nog eens terug te gaan.
