You better fix your airconditioner

It was very clean and its proximity to The Capital hotel was a plus and not forgetting the amazing view. The restaurants were so close and the food was great. The shuttle was always prompt and everyone around the property was very kind and helpful. The host didn’t waste time to respond to any requests.

Haaa the amount of paperwork was a lot but it’s understandable. And the extra money you have to pay for insurance but it’s also understandable.

The location. Loved everything about the unit.

Zimbali is always a good idea for some time off and relaxation. Plenty of amenities and activities on offer, was able to play some golf at the country club and ended the stay with a spa day.

Guests could be provided with more info of what they have access to on the resort and things they can do. Only thing that helped me was the fact that I have stayed at the hotel before but it was my first time at Zimbali Suites. Shuttles are only for guests staying at the hotel and not the suites. Yes you can get an uber but the constant request for codes can be a mission if you don't ask ahead of time. Didn't know how to access the beach, a road map listings amenities and facilities would come in handy.
