Welcome to Villas Puerto Viejo, Seabreeze & Starfish! We are located at the edge of Puerto Viejo, right in front of the Playa Negra beach! Set on a beautiful 3 villa property, with a beautiful palm tree garden with hammocks, and the a great view of the ocean. The property also has a cute little shared pool with a BBQ area!
Villas Puerto Viejo is comprised of two beautifully wooden built villas, poached side by side with an incredible view of the ocean. They both have a total of 5 bedrooms, with a total capacity of 10 people.
Seabreeze has 3 bedrooms, with a capacity of 6 people. The master bedroom has a large king size bed, and a large window overlooking the sea. There are 2 additional bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and one with a full sized bed.. All bedrooms have air conditioning to keep cool!
The house has a well equipped kitchen perfect for you to be able to cook your meals. A simple living room with a TV incase of a rainy day ;) and a large dining room on the outside terrace overlooking the sea!
Starfish has 1 and a half bedrooms, set for a capacity of 4 people. The master bedroom has a large king size bed, and a large window overlooking the sea. There is an additional bedroom with one single bunk bed. All rooms have air conditioning to keep cool!
The master bedroom shares its open space with a well equipped kitchen perfectly equipped for you to be able to cook your meals, and a TV incase of a rainy day ;) and a large outside terrace overlooking the sea!
The location gives a pleasant breeze and views of the famous wave of Salsa Brava, ideal for nature lovers. You have direct access to the beach through the front walking gate and crossing the road!

This is a beautiful property in an INCREDIBLE location. Walking distance to Puerto Viejo, ocean view. We saw a sloth across the street! My son saw a peccary in the yard! It is breathtaking. It is expensive but that’s what’s happening in Costa Rica for U.S. citizens and our failing currency. The host is kind/responsive. I would stay here again. There are some points I feel should be mentioned that aren’t in the listing. 1st off this rental is on a property that guests will be sharing with a family. There is a house on the property. The residents are kind and won’t bother you but I feel that knowledge should be available in case one was counting on seclusion. I also feel it should be noted that while the host is particular about keeping the gates closed (which I appreciate) there are massive holes in the fence. As I said above, my son saw a peccary— it ran into the yard and ran out. Luckily no people wandered in during our visit.For families hoping to make use of the bunkbed I’d note there’s no railing on the top bunk. So unless your kiddo sleeps without rolling it is not usable.I’ve seen mixed info on the pool that I’d like to clear up. Yes the pool is small. No it is not dirty. it is perfectly fine, your kids will love it. The yard is heavily covered in greenery and there’s no poolboy. Use the net. Also a warning that it can be loud at night, especially on weekend nights. Racing and revelry on the calle. Part of the experience! The air conditioner works great

The host was very welcoming and helpful with any needs or questions we had. The location was amazing as well as the property grounds. It was all around as perfect as an experience as we could imagine!

We were 3 couples traveling together. This location was great the houses were nice and clean. The decor is dated. The kitchen in Seabreeze was ok size but not very well equipped. Starfish is more a cabin than a villa the kitchen is just a hot plate and mirco wave. The beds were very comfortable. The ac worked well cooled done quickly after it was off all day.
The manager was very responsive.

Me gustó la eficiencia y rapidez en todas las consultas que les hice el trato amable y que todo sea virtual me parece excelente y muy ágil.
Tal vez algunos detalles del alojamiento, como el segundo baño de la casa principal que no está en las mejores condiciones y el mobiliario del área de piscina podría estar mejor. Pero en general muy bien todo.
