Semibasement Apartment with Disappointing Experience

The place was really quiet, which made for a relaxing stay. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to cook and enjoy meals comfortably, making it feel just like home.

The apartment was in a semibasement with windows facing a slope, so there was no view and not much natural light at all. It made everything feel kind of grey and gloomy. The second room with bunk beds wasn’t really a proper room—more like a closet just big enough for the beds, with no windows or ventilation. When we arrived, there were a few big spiders and some mosquitoes around, but it wasn’t overwhelming—but not pleasant. The swimming pool was really disappointing compared to how it looked in the booking photos. They mentioned board and family games, but we couldn’t find any. Overall, there was a lack of basic information—we had to figure out where the sauna and pool were on our own. The place really needs to provide clearer info for guests.

A good option if you have a car.

The room was clean. The location is quite - it's on the edge of the city. The kitchen is fully equipped. Nice tea/coffee present for a guest.

No oil, and the frying pan was quite old, so I'd not recommend using it without oil. The location is on the hill, which is nice only if you have a car.

Great choice for family stay in Insbruck region

Excellent location close to Insbruck. Host provided us Welcome cards that were a money saver for us: usage for some cable cars was free of charge as we were staying for more than 3 nights. Thanks!

Kitchen stuff could be renewed, e.g. frying pan are damaged and shouldn't be used anymore

Property was very clean. It had 2 bedrooms, kitchen, washer, dryer, dishwasher and view from the property was really good. Host was very welcoming and handed over the keys, explained the benefits. We were also given travel cards which enabled us to visit various places with ease.

Spacious and clean well situated apartment for a fair price

It was a really great stay that I recommend. I was there in the summer. The very friendly host gave us some tips. The apartment was spacious, and very very very clean. It is situated in a nice little town with a lot of things to do in the neigbourhee. We went to the Bergisser ski jump in Innsbruck, we walked at Wolfsklamm (most beautiful walk in Austria, we took a few ski lifts, raced down with go carts and went climbing trees. You also receive a Welcome card: you can go swim for free (normally it is 15 euro) in the swimming pool of the town (really great with inside and outside pools). We went twice We also took a few ski lifts for free with this card. We saved more than 250 euro using this card. So the card is a great additional value for the stay in this apartment. Add the apartment has a nice swimming pool and sauna itself. It is a cliche .... but we will be back.

There is nothing I can think about that was not OK for this appartment.

Príjemné a čisté ubytovanie v dobrej lokalite s vlastným parkovaním. Omylom sme prišli skôr než bol povolený check-in ale nevadilo to. Pán nás naviedol do našej izby,ktorá už bola prichystaná. Ďakujeme. :)

Trošku sme blúdili, kým sme našli hotel, pretože nás navigácia k nemu priviedla zo zlej strany.

Saknade en diskborste för att kunna diska exempelvis stekpanna och liknande. Var tvungen att använda händerna till det.

Schöne Wohnung. Fußläufig zum Bus und von dort konnten wir ins Skigebiet bzw. nach Innsbruck fahren. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im Ort.

Super gemütlich, alles vorhanden was man für einen Urlaub braucht, komplett ausgestattete Küche, schönes Bad und bequemes Schlafzimmer. Tolle Lage um schöne Touren zu starten. Der Gastgeber ist sehr entgegen kommend, freundlich und hilfsbereit.
