Great place, clean, roomy and everything we needed was on tap.

Very clean large accommodation that was great for our holiday.

In the description the property boasts an outdoor cooking/bbq area. There was indeed a lovely wood fired oven and bbq area and everything was supplied to have an outdoor cook. We decided this would be a great idea for our first evenings meal so shortly after we arrived after a day on the slopes we cracked on and fired up the bbq. About 15 mins in the host, a lovely lady came down and despite the language barrier tried to advise us as we cooked. However when the host went back inside we could hear a heating conversation going on between the host and her daughter regarding us using the facilities. Shortly after this the daughter of the host came down to us and was clearly in a rage about us using the facilities, she asked if I thought it was acceptable to just start using the bbq and would I do this in the uk? I responded calmly and advised her that the facilities are noted on booking.com and if you don’t want them used then they shouldn’t be advertised but she didn’t seem impressed with this response. All in all was a great place, the host was kind and welcoming. I’d suggest maybe not letting your daughter speak to the guests or remove the outdoor kitchen option off the accommodation description. Was a shame because it killed the atmosphere of our first evening there and the food was rubbish but I’ll have to take that one as the chef

Just far enough from the crowd to be comfortable and close enough to enjoy. The hostess, Maria, has equipped the apartment with all of the necessities and took time make us feel welcome. A true gem of a hostess and location.

I would like to sincerely thank Maria, the wonderful owner of the apartment who hosted me and my family during our holiday. Her apartment was absolutely perfect – spotlessly clean, fully furnished, and equipped with everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The location was also ideal, making it easy for us to explore and enjoy the area. We truly felt at home and appreciated every detail that made our stay so pleasant. We are already looking forward to coming back, and I will highly and strongly recommend this apartment to all my friends and anyone looking for a great place to stay. Thank you again, Maria

Great place to see all Tirol beauties

Perfect location to stay if you want to see all beauties of Tirol, Apartment is located in the typically Tirol house, it is very big with 2 living rooms, 3 bedrooms, WC, toilette, and kitchen. Kitchen is special, it have all possible electrical appliances you need :) Beautiful view from every room, small but beautiful garden and parking place in closed garage. Owner Angela was so kind, she gave us some tourist cards for free public transport in Innsbruck . Defiantly all recommendations.....

Very friendly and welcoming host. Quiet location in the countryside with beautiful views. Large and comfortable living rooms, convenient balconies, proper beds for all guests. Regular espresso machines even with some free beans. Guaranteed parking spots.

המארחת ממש מקסימה, עזרה בכל מה שביקשנו. נתנה לנו לעשות כביסה וקיבלה אותנו עם מיץ תפוחים! הדירה גדולה ומרווחת מאוד

המקלחת סימלית, יש גם אמבטיה למי שמעדיפה. מכיוון שמדובר בקומת קרקע יש שלל חיות זבובים יתושים ושות. למי שפחות מתחבר חשוב לדעת :)
