Very kind houskeeper and large comfortable and equipped apartment.

The owher was polite and welcoming. The apartment was large with a view to the valley of Insbruck. There was full set of kitchen equipment. There was no additional fee such as toutist tax or cleaning.

We were greeted by the host warmly. It was a comfortable stay. The view was excellent from the balcony and all the rooms. The place was spacious, spotless clean and well maintained. Location is perfect especially if you are with car.

Exceptionally clean, very polite and helpful hosts, very comfortable facility. Amazing location for exploring Innsbruck area if you travel on car. We really enjoyed the peace and quiet of the place.

The location: It was beautiful. The road leading to the house, the view of the mountains from the balcony were all perfect for me and my family. Cleanliness: The entire apartment was as good as new; it was spotless clean. The hosts: Very friendly and nice people. Overall; it was just amazing! :-)

Stay here for VIEWS, COMFORT and the MOUNTAINS

We loved our stay in Oberperfuss. The hosts were extremely friendly, hospitable and just the perfect people for a short term rental. The views are magnificent as are the surrounding areas. Our day up the mountains was a dream day. Waking up to the views was also a wonderful experience - the magnificent weather early March turned already great views into something special as the sun rose and set, plus during the day. We already have decided to return to this area and see it in another season. Thank you Martina and Manfred for helping make our stay in your gorgeous apartment extra special.

This Ferienwohnung is perfect for vacation in both summer and winter. We are super satisfied. Our host Martina is very friendly and helpful. She offered us eggs milk and potatoes from her own farm which tasted super good! We would like to come back again some day!

heerlijk appartement op een prachtige lokatie

prachtig appartement, modern en schoon, compleet ingericht en heel comfortabel. Parkeren onder de carport waardoor die eventueel sneeuwvrij staat. Onze gastvrouw was heel vriendelijk, goed bereikbaar en we kregen goede informatie over de omgeving. Het appartement ligt op de eerste verdieping en heeft een mooi balkon. het Uitzicht op de bergen en een klein kapelletje is prachtig. Innsbruck is nabij, vanaf het appartement mat de auto in 20 minuten en met de bus in 3 kwartier goed bereikbaar. De Innsbruck welcome card die men gratis krijgt biedt vanaf 3 overnachtingen een serieuze korting op evenementen in de buurt.

Gli host sono stati eccezionali, dall'accoglienza e per qualsiasi esigenza durante il soggiorno. Il posto è bellissimo, in campagna, vicino alle montagne e a pochi km da Innsbruck. L'appartamento era pulitissimo, camere spaziose, cucina con frigo-forno-lavastoviglie, piccolo parco giochi esterno.

Absolute Weiterempfehlung!

Die Unterkunft ist idyllisch gelegen, ca. 15 Minuten Autofahrt von Innsbruck entfernt. Wir wurden sehr herzlich von der Gastgeberin empfangen, die uns nebst vielen Tipps zu Ausflügen auch Eier und Milch vom eigenen Hof angeboten hat. Die Ferienwohnung war wirklich anstandslos sauber - man hätte vom Boden essen können! Bei der Ausstattung hat es ebenfalls an nichts gemangelt. Überdachter Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück war auch vorhanden. Top! Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft zu 100% weiter und würden sie auch selber immer wieder buchen.

sehr nette Vermietergrossfamilie Bilder entsprechen der Wirklichkeit überdachter Parkplatz kann Eier und Milch direkt bei der Familie kaufen gute (stündliche) Busverbindung nach Innsbruck - mit Welcome Card kostenlos ab 2 bzw. 3 Nächten Fewo kann ich uneingeschränkt empfehlen - hatte Wohnung 1 Mir hat es in folgenden Gaststätten geschmeckt: M1 in Oberperfuss, Blockhaus in Kematen, Schwarz-Weiss in Axams, Haller Bürgerstuben in Hall in Tirol
