Impeccably Clean with the Friendliest Host!

Spotlessly clean and beautifully maintained — this place truly outshines any luxury hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Every corner is immaculate! The morning fresh eggs were a lovely touch, and the host was incredibly friendly and welcoming. It felt like home, only better. I would give it more than 10 stars if I could!

A piece of heaven in the Tyrol mountains

This is one of the most incredible places I've ever stayed. The location is incredibly gorgeous and provides views from all positions of the property. The apartment was immaculate and in perfect condition. Erika who owns the property is one of the kindest people I've met in my travels and daily brought fresh milk, eggs and bread for us to enjoy. I truly hope we can return again!

Only cash payment, I tried to convince the landlady to pay instant bank transfer but she refused to even check her bank account, ATM withdrawal was limited to 400 Eur and had to bear 20 Eur more costs

Strongly recommend

Like new house in the middle of mountain! The rooms were very clean and spacious Of course, the atmosphere was perfectly cozy. Sometimes there are the sounds and smell of cows, but I really felt those as the part of peace. The hostess is very friendly and gave us sufficient information on how to use everything in the house. You can also get the fresh complimentary eggs.

It's very hard to point out bad experiences. One thing to advise is that you should go to a grocery store nearby before 7 pm if you need something. You need cash to pay.

eine absolute Landleben-Idylle

Obwohl wir nur eine Nacht auf der Italienrückreise dort verbracht haben, war der Service wie bei einem Langzeitaufenthalt. Das Appartement liegt mitten im Grünen. Insbruck ist mit dem PKW in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Gasthöfe und Bäckerei sind im Hauptort Oberperfuss vorhanden. Freilaufende Hühner sowie Hühnereier und frische Milch rundeten unseren Aufenthalt neben unserer sehr freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Gastgeberin positiv ab. Also ein absolutes Highlight und daher kommen wir gerne wieder.

המארחת הייתה מדהימה וחמימה קיבלה אותנו בחיוך ועזרה בכל מה היה צריך היה מרחב לילדים שממש נהנו לשחק בחוץ כל בוקר הביאה לנו ביצים (אנחנו לא רצינו חלב) אבל הציעה גם חלב טרי כל בוקר 🤍
